First indoor grow

Got my first indoor grow going with few auto seeds I got and have never tried these but wondering if they are looking ok...they are about 8 weeks old...seem a little slow going and took about 12 days for one to pop.
Just been using plain water so far, do I need to do anything with them or just let them do there thing?
