First Time Grow Ever...lend Me Your Thoughts?

here is the largest cola as of now...I am not sure of how to tell when an autoflower starts to "officially" flower. TThis one pre flowers growing pretty much from 3 nodes in and sort of slowly ramped up speed as the grow continued. The plant is currently 9 1/2 *edit 10 1/2* weeks old
