I didn't know that! I know about everything you buy now days is feminized but i do see some natural. I had bought an auto to try and was feminized but didn't know natural is not available anywhere!ou wouldn’t! I’m just saying they don’t sell male autos. Lol
Knowing what you are doing wrong is equally important... just saying!Just wait until I figure out what I’m doing right
I just wanna dose all my drinking friendsI'm shaking my head at some of you scientists !
Interesting watching some of the stuff you guys do.
They sell the 60% here, got it at bevmo. Couldn’t find the stronger stuff thoDid you get your hands on some Everclear? What did you use?
Lol. Ya I was going to ask that question, but I didn't want to go there.Did you get your hands on some Everclear? What did you use?
Total wine has 95%They sell the 60% here, got it at bevmo. Couldn’t find the stronger stuff tho
Oh what the hell thought you couldn’t get it in californiaTotal wine has 95%
Okay good to know, I’ll look a little harder next time.I ran into this problem when making sweet gum tincture that calls for much higher proof. My state regulates the sell of the 90% alcohol too. Drove all over. Finally found a store that would order it for me and they keep it on the shelf now. You'll find conflicting info online about it. Both CA and OH states they can't sell the everclear over 151 proof according to info online, but I've purchased the 190 here.
I'm no scientist but I've made a lot of tincture and I've seen a 190 alcohol finish a tincture in an hour. Really after 20 minutes the vast majority of cannabinoids have been removed, literally melted into suspension of the alcohol so yes, the stronger the alcohol the quicker it removes the molecules we want. At the same time a 40% alcohol will remove most of the cannabinoids but it takes a lot longer and you also strip a lot more of the molecules you don't want like waxes and chlorophyll.Okay good to know, I’ll look a little harder next time.
So the higher alcohol content pulls more from the herb? Or does it faster? better? stronger?
I'm not allowed to give you the reason why. But, who runs Cal ! D"sI'm no scientist but I've made a lot of tincture and I've seen a 190 alcohol finish a tincture in an hour. I'm in CA, the state of fucking delusionsand those MF'ers, through stupid regulations have tripped the cost of getting 190 proof alcohol. With the stroke of a fucking pen it now costs about $200 a gallon. WTF? I gotta set up a still, this is horseshit. Don't get me started
Yes, very different molecules that I have zero experience with removing or even using and okay with thatMy sweet gum tincture and lion's mane still sat for 8 weeks, which is the normal extraction time for me, while in 190 proof.
It's all about the plant material you are working with and the end medicine you are wanting to acquire from your extraction.
