I just put them out too early it was my first timeYou can trim whatever you want! Reveging Usually comes with a cost! The trick is, quit, trying to cheat mother, nature, and avoid it in the first place!
We’ve all done it! Just don’t keep doing it! L O L! I’ve trashed a ton of plants till I got it through my thick skull! Doing good brother!I just put them out too early it was my first time![]()
Fair enoughI lose a lot of lower, inner Shade leaves, starting this time of year! Usually the biggest ones! If it doesn’t get out of hand, I don’t sweat it! I like to think these plants are smart! The sun is softer, temperature is cooler, hours of light decreasing, etc.! I like to think they are not needed anymore and she just gets rid of them and starts focusing her effort on the flowers! That is a lot easier And then, getting off my lazy ass and finding out what is really wrong! They’ll make it! You must be at work!![]()
Got a couple more hairs on this girl!
Also I couldn’t bring myself to throw away the boy![]()
I always wondered this . Was wanting to try different ( better than most food grade high proof alcohols) like good good better local style everclear and maybe some other kinds to make different cannabis tincture. My great grandpa used to make some pretty stout moonshine when I was a kid and spent my summer in South Georgia. That were way smoother. So clear it looked empty had a nice raspberry huckleberry smell to them.Higher alcohol is needed to extract different components that lower proof can't. Same with water. Same with double decoctions. All fungi that I've tincture I use double decoction method. Pretty sure I used the 190 everclear for Lions Mane too. Can't remember. I'd have to look it up. My usnea, while it's a lichen, is also treated like a fungus and was double decocted. It's whatever the plant material you are working with requires. I mess with some stuff that can kill you, like Poke, if you don't know what your doing. You would never use 190 for poke though or that would kill you.
I've never made it ever , but my sister was telling me about the tincture she got from the medical dispensary and I was like hmmm. I was digging the fact it's sublingual.I just got the chills. I love me some good ole fashioned hillbilly moonshine made illegally in the mountains (not calling your family hillbillies, mine are though, educated ones , nonetheless). Nothing beats it. Now, a lot of people just take Everclear and add flavoring and call that Moonshine. It is gross, imo.
Damn. Too bad you don't have that recipe.
Yes, I don't know all the different medicinal compounds one can extract from cannabis, but you can always try the higher proof alcohol and see if it makes a stronger tincture. There are always going to be water soluble compounds that need extracted too in plant medicine. Usually with those higher proof alcohols, there isn't much water. I'd need to do some deep diving, but I could probably have an answer for you soon with a mathematical equation for rations, if you want. Just let me know.
Okay so I know some yellow is normal, but is this too much?Fair enoughI wasn’t sure if it was the time of year or the timing of the feed
As long as the flowers look good. Based on when my last plant started flowering they should all be done by October 20th.
I’m not ready to trim.
