First time grower any tips on these girls

My fruity pebbles is 9 weeks and 4 days old I went to do some LST and the main stem split about a inch and half down so I taped her up from what I read she should heal up within the next week or 2

This is my second plant she is about 3 weeks younger than the fruity pebbles it’s a chocalope and she smells absolutely amazing I’m using no nutrients or any special soil I’m using red dirt and it’s a outside grow how are they looking anyone can tell me about how much longer they might be ?
