First time grower having issues

Hello all. This is my first attempt at growing. My seedlings are about a week old and I’m seeing the true leaves curl up. They’re in starter soil placed in a ventilated tent about 12” under a 1200watt blurple LED. I’ve mostly just watered but did add some nutrient mix.

12" away from anything that is 1,200W will upset most plants. New seedlings only need like 250W max and even that needs to be like 24" from the plants. Raise your lights to ~36" from the seedlings.

the seeds contain enough food/nutrients to last them 2/3 weeks before any feeding needs to be done.
letting soil dry out before watering is law!
wet/dry cycle, roots need oxygen.
(lift pot to feel weight).
at first roots are growing and that is your concern!
for the plant to build on later! patience!

@luppercut - don't feel bad, I'm a newbie too; only been here maybe 6 weeks. I've already seen tons of posts like yours, and did something similar myself. It's like a right of passage to over water your first plants, I think.
