This sounds like a solid setup for nutrientsIve had good results with Gaia green living soil, all purpose, and power bloom. Throw in earth worm castings and recharge. These 5 ingredients will easily take you from seed to harvest.
All organic and I also have some Neptune fish and seaweed for emergencies.
Thank you? I did see this and it helped me with amounts to add :)Have you looked for cannabis feed charts for the products you chose?
I am done winging it with my own ideas.
Here is the calculator for additives. If you search you can find the calculator for the one part. It also lists the expected EC / PPM

Hey silverrainCorrect on the auto and light schedule.
I've noticed that the top inch is not completely dry when watering using the 'first knuckle, finger test'. Could this be the issue??
On one occasion I did notice her leaves began to droop around the 34% mark and after watering she perked back up so I presumed around 35% was the time to water.
Yellow tips are from too much light a lot of the time. Since you adjusted and it helped then youre good. That damage wont fully go away so its good practice to memorize the damage. That way you can still use the leaves as a gauge in the future.Hello all. As you can see, my flowering is coming along pretty well but I noticed the tips still seem to be burned. I’ve adjusted lighting and it seems to have helped, but any thoughts? I think I’ve got watering under control now as I only water when the top inch or two is dry which is now every 3 days as she’s bringing soil moisture down to around 25% at that point.
I can’t wait to see these buds swell up. I’m thinking within a week that’ll hopefully begin to happen.
Cheers!
That’s what I’ve found to be effective. With that practice, I’m watering every 3 days now.Hey silverrain
I just finished an auto and found the best way to test the soil for watering is the finger test. I stick my finger in as far as the top knuckle and i go for the top 3 quarters of the soil mostly dry with moistness near the bottom before watering and it works a treat n i watered every 3 days.
Happy growing
I agree with jimk u really need to check the feed charts for the nutes you are using.. winging it is one way to mess things up.. nute burn or under feeding.. shes looking well thoHave you looked for cannabis feed charts for the products you chose?

I agree she looks sweet but i think shes got a bit to go.. let her go for another couple weeks at least n i think u will see a big difference. All that work u put in so u really dont want to chop it early as tempting as it is. Defo give her another few weeks and u will b glad u did. Happy growing and keep us posted how shes doingNah she aint there yet. Keep her going and let her ripen.
All good then i dont even check ph as i no its fine.. i fill my 5 litre jerry can and let it sit for 24 hrs to dechlorinate and did this from start to finish with no probs at all.. no supplements or anytthing added as i wanted to do my grow as basic as possible.. maybe i was just lucky lol Happy grpwingWow, been a member for an hour and learned something new already. Never heard about water conditioner before.
We have a lot of chlorine in our water and when I tap it pH is all over the place so I just do like mah used to do it and let it stand in an open jug for at least a day and water stabilizes at 6.7-6.8 and with cal-mag and nutes it lands at 6.2-6.3 and is good enough for soil.
