This one’s stem is really slim. Doesn’t this mean that I should get the light closer? She sits in the corner under the 900W light. Technically the spot with the least light. But the girl on the opposite side gets the same light and has a thicker stem.
From all the plants, this one looks the worst (with exception of the one that I broke). He is the only one that has some droopy leafs at the moment.

I found Neem Oil is really good, i really only use it for outdoors but it can be used for indoor plants also.
Mix 5ml to 1L H20 in a spray bottle and give them a light blast.
I have a lot of stems outside and noticed leaves were being chewed on, Neem Oil told those leaf eating motherfuckers to leave my cuttings alone..and low and behold they did. :P
