First Time Grower In Nor Cal, Nutrient Q's

I just got my medical card and bought Dream Queen and LA Confidential clones from a dispensary in Sacramento. So excited to start growing! I have 4 DQ and 2 LA, 3 gallon pots and under fluorescent lights right now. My biggest question is about nutrients-I know I need N-P-K but I'm looking for a good "plan of attack". Like, when? how much? what are the best brands everyone likes? Does anyone have a website or solid go-to that is good for beginners? I know I'll eventually be able to look at the plant and tell what it needs, but right now I'm looking to get these guys big enough to take more clones off them and then flower for some big buds. Soilless you want to feed right away.

Soil it depends what brand soil, but generally it ranges from after a few weeks to not at all. Some soils have enough in them for start to finish.

Generally I give 6 inch tall plants anywhere from 0.6 to 1.0EC. 1footers get 1.0EC to 1.5EC.

No real reason to go higher than that.
