your not watering properly,.
a 3gallon bag will take 3000-3500ml of water to fully saturate,,
you would start by giving 750ml at a time with at least 15-20 mins inbetween each watering or more, making sure to cover all the surface of the medium with each watering than you wait till it’s dry before watering again,. usually with a plant that size i’d say 6/7/8 days,.. take a picture of the nutrients you have,. makesure to include NPK ratios if on package

i looked up the foop nutrients so you don’t have to post that

I agree with GNick about watering being the biggest issue. I also think it might be a bit early for feeding. Ocean Forest is pretty rich and will have enough until the plants get bigger. Adding a little FOOP for microbes is good, but I'd go light until you see the lower leaves start to lose a little color. Then you'll know you've underfed them a bit and can adjust from there.

Thanks and this causes the dark green spots and wilting look

Ocean's Forest isn't the best for seedlings. It's known to run hot, so to speak. It's really more suitable for mature plants.

I carried Fox Farms products in my store and they really pushed their dealers to steer people towards Light Warrior for seedlings. I had good luck mixing the two, together.

Food for thought, when you get your next batch of plants going.
