First-time Grower Seeking Trichome Assessment for Harvest Readiness

Hello fellow growers!

I'm on my first grow journey and have been carefully tending to an autoflowering strain in a hydroponic setup. I've reached week 11, and I'm trying to gauge if my plant is ready for harvest based on trichome maturity. I'm aware of the general guidelines around clear, cloudy, and amber trichomes, but I'm still a bit uncertain since this is my first time.

I've attached some close-up images of the trichomes for reference. From what I can tell, there's a mix of clear, cloudy, and a few amber (I Think) trichomes. Given that it's an autoflower in week 11 and that I'm growing in hydroponics, I wanted to get some seasoned opinions on the matter.

1. Based on the trichome images, would you say it's time to harvest?
2. Do you have any specific tips for harvesting in hydroponics?
3. Is there anything else I should consider before making the final decision?

I genuinely appreciate any insights or advice. This community has been instrumental in guiding me thus far, and I'm eager to learn more from all of you.

I’m seeing mostly clears, I’d go another week then check again

I’d suggest picking up a 30-60x jewelers loupe to get a better view

I’d agree mostly clear.
Be honest I’d guess they will have a few weeks to go.

Just a quick heads up in case you don’t know it’s the buds trichs you want to pay attention to the trichs on the leaves turn amber early.

Yeah man, wait it out. I sometimes will clip a few sugar leaf's out of the way on multiple sites to see flower trichomes better.
