Just a bit of advice please, I have been giving them 12 hours of complete darkness and 12 hrs full light.
I have x2 purple queens in the pot.
Darkness the temp drops to between 18 and 20 degrees
Light is between 22 and 26 degrees.
I have fresh air circulation and a dehumidifier also.
Soil is damp.

Are my girls OK or do I need to do anything different or better?

Are these autos? If they're photos, 12/12 will put them in flower as soon as they're sexually mature in a week or two.

they look stretched and too small to flower.but other than that healthy.
i would lst the shit out of them turn that from 1 top to 8
how old are they?

and your humidity is a little bit too low

They look really healthy, I gave them some bloom booster as advised.
Really started to grow past few days and stem is thicker

lots of bowls of water wet towel sticking out of them.more heat a humidifier.......
you really plan to flower that?

for 8weeks its a little bit depressing.you should have a huge plant after 8 weeks.that looks more like a 2week plant

I was hoping to yes lol, was advised to make sure the soil was moist and make sure the temp is correct.
I have a humidifier in there also

dehumidifier is the wrong direction it steals the humidity from the room you need a humidifier that adds water to the room.
maybe you have those lamps too far away.and if you flower that you will probably have 6g to smoke at best.....

So should I turn it off the humidifier and just have fresh air in?

Added a heat matt and turned the humidifier off

And welcome to the forum find the beginner section read about some basic stuff and hope your next grow is better

A few points:

• Keeping the soil moist has nothing to do with flowering. This will invite pests and mold! Water to saturation with a little runoff (about 10% runoff) and let the pots dry back until lightweight, allowing the soil top to dry.

• Your plants look like they are stretched and reaching for light. You can either turn up the intensity on your lights a bit, or move the light a little closer to the tops of the plants.

• The conditions outside of the tent directly affect the conditions inside of the tent because we pull air into the tent from the room (called the lung room). If you are consistently experiencing dry air inside the tent, then you need a humidifier. Conversely, if you are experiencing too humid air, you may need a dehumidifier. However dehumidifiers typically are located in the lung room so the air drawn into the tent is drier. It quickly becomes obvious that the conditions in your lung room are fairly important and directly contribute to the conditions inside the tent.

• There exists many different controllers available to control temperature and/or humidity by either controlling intake/exhaust fans, humidifiers, and dehumidifiers. Taking some time and reading some growing information geared towards beginners would go a long way here. Having a basic understanding of good growing conditions will enable you to come up with a plan and execute it.
