This is my first time doing this and was hoping someone could help to identify my issue, everything was going ok until a couple of days ago these spots started to appear. I haven’t used any nutrients yet as they are only a few weeks old and I’m using a spiderfarmer se-3000. Any help would be appreciated

At the moment they are in a perlite, peat moss and seed raising blend. I have been watering when the pots get lighter which is about every 5-6 days the temperature sits between 24-25 degrees and humidity sits around 54% the nutrients I got is called ag grow I’ll put a picture with what’s in it I haven’t used it yet as I thought they may be to young

What're you growing in and what is your feeding plan?

I'd say it's time to feed em. I use organic and I mix a bit of coco loco into my seeding mix so I won't be much help with amount of feed. Probably start with a lighter dose than the bottle recommends. Temps seem ok, maybe up your rh if possible. Mid 60 or so til flower works for me. What's your light situation?

Ok cool I’ll give them a small dose of nutrients next water, I have a spiderfarmer se-3000 led light it’s about 28 inches from the top of seedlings and the light is set at 25% intensity

This link helps diagnose many problems.

It does look like possibly a CalMag issue. The yellow bars between the veins on the leaves is a symptom of Magnesium deficiency and the brown spots look like possible Calcium deficiency. The two deficiencies often happen together. There are several brands of CalMag. Hope this helps.
