what's pm? An thank uThose melons and squashes are sure PM magnets, huh? Been spraying/cutting off leaves here that are affected....and pulled up a really nice acorn squash plant cus it was sending out runners towards my weed patch and was covered with the stuff.

yeah I see this with my squash an pumpkins every year, figured it's a gourd thing. I'm no science guy. I just always thought since them type alway havin so much water in them they get funny an rot off from havin to much. water. Lol I've never been to bright I guess. So u jus cut it off huh? Is there a way to prevent.Powdery mildew, my friend....it's the white stuff all over those leaves in that pic above.....
don't think it will spread.....but never say never and shit happens...so I took no chances here.
