See that makes since, wind to stop the mold from settling or forming. It's gonna have to be solar if any. I just haven't seen any trouble signs yet so I'm hesitant of changing. Everything I've read has been off, it raises my temps 40 + degrees, it's definitely going to extend my growing season from march till November. What sux is the door is only a gate it opens up 14 inches. Then I wrapped chain link on outside as to be up to Michigan's grow laws. The shitty part is the plastic is on the inside so it's a pain in da ass to open an close any flaps/vents I make. At least the kill switch for the electric fence is in my garage accessible. This is good to know an figure out this first run. I think I can get by with no vent or fan till June 1. We still have frost warnings all week. Thanks @Sunbaked I'm glad u brought the wind/mold thing up. I'm on it an aware!!

As previously discussed Fan would help exchange the air around the plants to take in new CO2 while also strengthing your stems which will help you in the long run on any plant. :)

Edited.. :) I do enjoy the hoop house.. Always love genius ways to make things from nothing.. :D

I would say your attempt went very well.. :D lol

You sir know what you are doing and have a fine location. :)

That is one fine companion you have.. =)

Where did you purchase this pump for your rain water container? If you have already answered then ignore this part and I will see it as progressing in your thread.. :)
actually that pump I have is a 1\2 horse pump I got off of eBay for 15.00, it was a store return, new in box. I bought knowing something was wrong. When Igot it an hooked it up water was speewing from the housing. I took it apart an the gasket was twisted. Ha ha ha bowl full of awesome right there ha ha ha . I ran all 1 inch line. I can run 5-6 heads a zone. I water everything other than my weed plants, once a day for 10 min in morning. Right or wrong it's done wonders for everything.

hot as hell today. 72F which topped my hoophouse at 105F. They lovin it. Humidity flux's between 45-60%. All is well. Rest of my garden kicken arse an takin names too. Already pulled in 3 pints of strawberries!! Jam on deck !! Here's some from this afternoon

normal pic but I never can get the two behind me in pic at same time, so last two are the ones by the door. The tall one is an og Kush from dineafem, the other is a random outdoor sweet seed n it's a straight indica, short an stocky as hell. Then the solos have my last 2 females joinin the outdoor crew. Two thin mint cookies from elev8 seeds here in Michigan. (small side note...ive been gettin some slack from peeps for seeking an obtaining female seeds. MIND YOUR BUSINESS.!!) odd you try to persuade someone what not to buy or do because of YOUR OWN OPINIONS. I'm gonna keep doin me. The other solo has a double black I was given at the cup. Also a female. But that's my next indoor plant.

Glad to see the Neem oil is already repelling and killing some.. :) Just remember even if you still see the occasional ones once they bite into the leaf.. I said LATER.. LOL

Doesn't hurt to do Neem on a regular preventative (Check Product Label) or just wait to re-apply if you see any bad insects starting to come back. :)

Neem oil is made of many components. Azadirachtin is the most active. It reduces insect feeding and acts as a repellent. It also interferes with insect hormone systems, making it harder for insects to grow and lay eggs. Azadirachtin can also repel and reduce the feeding of nematodes. Other components of neem oil kill insects by hindering their ability to feed. However, the exact role of every component is not known.

honestly, I only did it cause it was annoying listening to them hit the freakin plastic over an over. Normally they'd jus be outside an bugs would be on em. I don't freak to much, nature is a nature. Kill one, another becomes more present this way that way. Just my experience with outdoor. However I had never heard of neem oil till this site. I always seeped jalapeño peppers, an sprayed when I could. Prior to this my shit was all hidden here an there. When I see lady bugs I catch an release in the hoophouse. Ha ha thanks for the info

You got the right idea.. :) I only use if it is infested with leaf hoppers etc.. once bugs start messing up my plants is when the bugs need to move away or have to die in the process through neem-oil.. Why I love Neem because repels the bad bugs..

A two for one deal.. IMO :)

middle of august I order ladybugs. any sooner and they just fly off. but once the buds start forming, they stay and have babies. the larva eat more than the adults. I love raising ladybugs. I get 18,000 and there are enough to release some every day. the wife even bought me a small fridge so I would not have to keep them in her fridge. as long as you keep them cool, they will stay dormant. I spray with mitywash until then. I never have a mite problem outdoors, only in the greenhouse. The good bugs could not get in till I took the screens out of the windows. After release I mist them for a drink and they come out and do the happy dance on the leaves.
