First time long time

First time grower long time consumer. I started 24; 12 HP & 12 ICC with 4-800 watt LED lights, HGV nutes and watermax, on August 1st. (Attaches are pics). I have them in three gallon bags with trays and was water till run off up till 3 days ago, I decided to let the run off sit and the plants sucked it up! What do you all think??

Also, the EC in 1.9 in and 2.2 in run off as well as a PH of 5.5 in and 6 out(give or take a decimal). And they are in coco

i messed my ph in the soil up i think by not phing after i transplanted.... smh rookie mistake... now im 7 days behind and plants have only grown about an inch. trying to be patient is hard
