Get couple of those. 2x20 watts, 1 3000K 1 6000K and keep them closer like at 5 inches. Start with them and you can add more once it grows a bit. Its ok, we all started with nothing :)

Now with her already being unhappy. With the change of light. Will that shock her to badly. I have on 24 her right now.

No its ok. Cfls are pretty gentle.
