Five week auto nutrient burn

Just start week 5 of a jack auto in soil. I just burned her, do I flush her immediately or do I wait till she dry out.

Putting a cover crop in a little cloth pot with another plant just robs your plant of nutrients. Cover crops are for planting outdoors after the land is farmed.
