3 days in a row: I've had my timer for my flip box mess up on me and it was not putting on my 2nd room, Well for the last 3 days it made my 2nd room (4th week flower ) 16-18 hours of light ( I had to force the timer over to flip it)
Well i switched out my timer . Will the stress over 4-5th week flowering plants on 16+ hours of light instead of 12 make them reveg and produce crap?

God If i would Of known all these issues I would of never switched to a flip box right now and waited till next round lol. Luckily my 2nd room 3/4 of the room is on a different controller and still turned on and did not mess up the cycle but the first room was still on till I went in there and turned it off and forced the flip box to turn it over. Well the new timer should fix it ( last year I think I had same issue with this flip box)

What you guys think ON STRESS level to plants for 4th week for veg level hour
sod light?

dam thatll be close
you'll prob be ok but wouldnt be suprised if you saw a few seeds because of it

3 days is quite a lot, cross your fingers they dont re veg on you

What brand flip box is it. A lot of them are cheaply made with shitty timers and no name relays.

Best to stay away from the cheap china made boxes. If you have some electrical background you could always wire your own flip. I run an intermatic timer which controls a cube relay, which then controls a set of lighting contactors. Normally closed on the idec controls 1 room, normally open for the other room. Quite inexpensive compared to what they sell 6k = 12k flip boxes for, its cheap and higher quality. Ballasts always run 24;7 you are just switching lamps.... anyways just food for thought.

A couple of grows back I had a timer fail and I had a 17hour light day on my plants on week five of flower. I had to pull naners off one of four of the plants for a few days. Keep your eye out and it should be ok. Best of luck.

sounds borderline. I cant remember when ovulation is exactly, but 3 days is no good regardless. rescues don't always work out perfect, but you could hit the ladies with liquid karma or revive, or boomerang/flowers kiss, nurse them nicely and pray. I dont know how others feel about this but when I see nanners I just mist down the plant's affected areas before it pops, then I yank the nanners with wet fingers. wet pollin is no pollin.

...are you sure you have it hooked up right? i ask because if you have 2 rooms running with a flip box they should both be running on the same timer and ballast so any problems should mess up both rooms and not just one.

...the way mine works is both socket sets plug into the flipbox as does the single ballast, then there is a 'trigger cord' that is plugged at one end, the female end, into the flipbox and the other, the male end, is plugged into my cheap ass timer, anyway, this just keeps the ballast running 24/7 and the timer, via the 'trigger cord' just flips power from one socket set to the other every 12 hours.

...if your's is connected properly then the problem is with the flipbox and not the timer imo.

peace, bozo
