Flip Now Or Wait A Little Longer?

After countless hours and many days of trying to research, I've bounced back and forth like a ping pong ball on this decision. I can't decide if I should flip now, or wait another 10 days and try to fill the screen in some more. Most tops are just below the screen. Only a few have grown above it. The top of the screen is measured half way to my maximum allowable height. I've gathered I should lollipop the plants around week 2 of stretch correct?

I'd flip, you should be able to fill your scrog in the first week of stretch, second week, let it fly.
