Flipping into flower

Finally the day is here where I get to flip my beautiful girls into flower. Any advice on what I should do before They get to far? First night of 12 hours will be tonight. The left is gigabud(indica) the right is candyland peyote ( stativa)

They look ready to me. If you want to take any clones from them you would do it now instead of later.
