Ohhh they are seedlings still for about 2 weeks after sprout. Then you veg it however long you want. You can veg it for months but typically you veg it until the plant is 2 to 3 feet. Then flip it.

Its all about your space, in terms of vertical distance from lights to the potential 2ft of stretch during flower. But, 2months should be ready to flower, but you want to look for alternate node spacing before flipping them to be sure.
Full disclosure, I'm a noob grower.

U can start seeds at 12/12 take plant 3 weeks or more to be sexually mature so they will short plants if 3-4 weeks veg

Start seed at 12/12? are you sure? That does not seem like a good idea, the hatched plant needs to see the light alot or it might decide to go hermaphrodite
