flood n drain ..water schedule ?

so far i have been flooding my 4x4 flood table 4 times a day for 15 minutes each time....
I'm one month into veg. and was wondering if i could turn up the feeding schedule to 6 times a day..would this increase the plants size or could it be over watering ..?

and when i turn to flower do i want to water even more or would 6 times be enough..?

also the hydroton rocks stay pretty moist on the bottom..
