I've got 8 plants in 4x4- 6 in hydroton, 2 in coco. in a 6 "deep table. Veg tent 18 hrs ON spider farmer 4x4 light.

How often to flood? I've heard EVERYTHING from 2 times a day during light for 15min to drain? why drain let plants suck it up and refill. From my seedling farm I noticed they seem to like just wetting the roots for a minute then draining it for 1/2 hour seems the best to me. 48 times a day there.

Google is useless everyone's all over the map.-

So what is the standby? Also when?? One more shitty grow, and I'm sticking to moonshine.

I've seen a couple of white papers where they recommend top feeding versus flooding and then draining. The increase in yields was substantial.

Water with enough frequency that the roots don't dry out. I would start with every 8-12 hours during the day.

When I did run a table is was rockwool only and a sheet of the black and white plastic to cover the tables.

In my case 6 hrs apart 24/7 enough to submerge there bottoms .

It does rain at night .

Enjoy the growing
