Floramite question...random though

So I received a box of misc. chemicals with an unmarked bottle that says "floramite" written on it with a marker. The stuff inside is thick, white and smells nasty, similar to white-out or old latex paint. Could this be Floramite?

That's shit is no joke bro it will fuck up nervous system alter DNA and prob make your Willy glow in the dark don't mess with it and stop sniffing it its super bad news bro find a good way to dispose of and that doesn't mean throw it in trash its super duper toxic but yes it comes in two forms that I'm aware of the one u discribed and a powder that looks like dust
