Flowering Nuggage is major Slacking

Hey so here is the situation. In my room 2 of my lights is a Diamond og, and the rest of the room is another Og. this is my second time on the Diamond , and the first time it was dank, but I have a problem. about 75% of the Diamonds that are flowering are just staying tiny weird nugs and not swelling at all, and my hairs are red or fried not sure, but im at 5 1/2 weeks and the other 25% is super dank , i dont understand y for the second time most of the diamonds are doing anything they just dont swell up and even the nuggage just looks different.

this happened to me recently and I was able to track the problem to my dehumidifier blowing hot dry air on the affected plants. Have a careful look at your airflow management and see if something similar is happening to you?
