Check out 1000bulbs.com.
They have great prices on CFL's if thats what your in the market for. I picked up (2) 105w CFLs 5500k, and I was surprised by the amount of light they put out. I believe its somehwere around 3200 Lumens with both bulbs. CFLS are the choice when you arent looking to flower real big plants, and I use mine for my breeding rooms.

Best of luck

thankyou man, you think that 4white dwarf will have a good flouering with a 200w fluo bulbs (18000lumen) and 4 25w energy saving(+-2000lumen) positioned vertically at the corner of the grow box (to illuminate the plants better)?
