I have well water coming out of the tap at ~350ppm. I have never had it tested for whats in it. I use an RO filter. My 55 gallon drum only fills about 25 gallons per day. I am getting another RO filter within the next couple days. I have 72 plants in 3 gallon smart pots which need to be watered very frequently. My question is:
My plants are spitting out 1000-1500ppm (going in ~500). I wanted to know If I can flush them with my well water and then run a gallon or two of a light RO nutrient solution through them afterwards.

I am using Mills Nutrients no additives.. Sometimes I will add .5ml per gal of Drip Clean. Drip Clean and Mills do not mix well (pH rises from 5.8 to 6.5 by the next day, from what I have noticed) , so I do not mix Drip Clean in if I am going to let that reservoir sit for more than a day. I will take pictures later and post. Plants seem happy. Just runoff ppm seems super high. They are sticking up "praying" but havent grown much within last few days. They just seem like they are locked out or stunted.. Then again I gave them a slight lolipop about a week ago. They are 24-36" big. No sign of tip burn or claw though. First time growing in COCO so I am a little confused. I have read not to base how healthy plants are in COCO by reading runoff.

I will try and get pictures later. TEMPS: 72-82 RH 50-70

Thanks
