Yup, like I said OK Normal. It's what you get and is sustainable via normal bubbling. Its a number that comes from Henry's Law and the 20.9% O2 in the atmosphere at sea level. Takes work to get it any higher than that.

OK Mosh, Aqua, anybody with a flair for engineering, looking for ideas.

This is how I previously penetrated the res for cables and hoses and such. I print the white 2 part bung, then made molds and poured silicone to make rubber stoppers that fit in the bung tight and hold the cord with a good seal.

I'd really like to improve on this concept and accommodate more wires (adding 2 pumps and 4 probes) and make it more flexible in terms of adding or removing components.

All ideas welcome, sometimes it is just best to talk it out. Even off the wall shit can lead to a good solution. Whatcha got stoners?

Some sort of grommet that threads into a small female bulkhead would be cool. Then one could thread conduit to the other side and sleeve the cables real purdy. I was just sorting this out because right now I have my cords run up over the side of my bucket with the lid friction fit over them.

Hey Jack, those might work, but do you think they will hold in air pressure?

I'd have to use the 1" version because the ends of the probes would be to big to pass thru the smaller ones.

Maybe pass the cables thru and fill it with petroleum jelly or something that takes up all the air gaps the cables leave behind.

I like where you are going. Help me design something that works for both of us and I’ll send you the prototype for your system.

Here is what I did last time up close.

  • Universal Boot For Firewalls And Bulkheads: Essential boot for running cables through a firewall. Fully adjustable to fit for 3/8" to 1" of wiring. Package contains 2 Firewall Boots
  • Fully Protected Wiring: These are crucial to hold wiring in place and prevent wires from becoming damaged by sharp edges.
  • Easy Cut To Size Design: So easy to adjust - Simply cut to the required size. These firewall wire grommets offer great flexibility in the size of wires, hoses, and other cable bundles being run.
  • No More Leaks: Unlike many other products on the market, this firewall wire grommet makes any hole watertight and airtight preventing any unwanted leakages.
  • Requires 1 1/4" Hole: Simply drill a hole of 1 1/4" into the firewall or bulkhead and insert firewall grommet along with the cabling. Provide a neat and professional finish to any automotive wiring job.

Rubber grommets should work well on rounded cords. They can be swapped out for plugs when not in use.

Or an explosion proof electrical connector. Slide all the wires through put some plumbers putty in and tighten

Ozone in water can be destructed on-demand with UV in a closed system. It isnt necessary to have ozonated water running through your entire system, could be a loop on a seperate skid like a chiller. Food for thought. I had a 10yr relationship with water and ozone so if you have any questions I might be able to help. It can be safely managed.

UV will super activate the ozone as well as h2o2 basically super charging the oxidization of anything organic but will also burn it up fast

If you use it this way you will not benefit from increased o2 levels but will definitely sterilize

The link mentions O2 levels of 4 as bad, 8 as OK normal, and up to 30 possible and beneficial. I'm working up in the 30s.

Ozone might be something interesting to play with in a sterile system, you would not need H2O2 then. But the regulation of that ozone would be very important, and safeties put in place. It would require a lot of hardware and know how and would still present significant risk even to humans if done indoors and something goes wrong.

I'm not sure I could be convinced to try it honestly. Not when O2 is safe and super-effective with similar hardware requirements.

There's already plug'n'play growers hardware for that, but it's very expensive and not fully effective. Promises of fully preventing PM didn't hold true - then the answer of the manufacturer was to increase ventilation. Kinda odd, don't gases just diffuse in a chamber as a means to find an equilibrium? At least, over the course of a day or more...
Then, I've seen pics of ozone-damaged plants (here at the university), plus, pulmonologists previously did warn about the potential risk of cancer. We did have that ozone-hole problem decades ago. Well there is no data to confirm or falsify that for humans with this grower equipment, but it stands to reason that any heavily-oxidizing molecule may act also on human DNA. And cancer starts out with just a single cell mutated, which can stay in a pre-cancerous state for a very long time...

Yeah imo very dangerous shit and from my research there isn’t a safe effective dose.
They best option is a self contained unit that cleans the air and your right they are thousands and thousands of dollars

I'm gonna get both of those ideas in the shopping cart. Thanks @CactusJack1 for the assist. I wonder if I can fit an AC plug thru there? Gonna be tight at 1".

It is expensive af. I think our Novazone was like $35k even without the oxygen concentrator and dryer etc. That was for 300gpm inline injection through two loadout lines simultaneously though. It was a beast..

Yeah definitely on the same wavelength. If the parts you ordered dont work out I'll hit the drawing board w you for sure.
