I put some organic dishsoap in with my foiler spray, will it do any damage to my flowering girls? I sprayed her down, I just didn't want to dry up my new growth, (pistols) . I did before with neem oil. They finally just recovered from that.

Some foliars are going to burn pistils, period. There are many variables that may affect that, such as dilution, what you're using in particular, whether or not you're keeping it mixed, etc. In my experience using soaps at low rates is fine, but I have seen burning at some pest-controlling recommended rates, around 2T/gal if I recollect.

Anything on the acidic side or on the basic side is gonna affect those tender little growths. Oily solutions also affect their ability to breath I.e. neem oil n such.
