Mexican brick weed anyone? lol
40 yrs ago when I started smoking we would get the 30$ oz, that had about a lb of seeds and branches the size of your little finger. What were we smoking? It was nothing compared to today’s crops, but all ways got the job done. It was throw the seed down and hope for the best. I also think that when they yanked it from the ground they just threw it into a wood chipper and bagged it.
Then they had the paraquat scare, we just thought the weed had was going to be stronger.
"it was always a brick, and although i never found a cat or a finger, i found lots of other things in the brick. mostly you just got over it! lol"
No they used hydraulic jacks in a press frame. Box open on the top and bottom. Mormon cheese presses were also used. Those bales were big and round. Those got broken up for transport north because of the size and shape.I think they used that short-lived kitchen appliance — the trash compactor — to make those bricks.
Colombian usually came that way, too, as I recall.
