I opened once for the "Smashing Pumpkins" at ISU in Bloomington Normal Illinois in like 1991/92. Weirdest lineup I ever got on as what in the hell was a Texas Roadhouse SRV/Johnny Winter like Bluzboy act doing opening for these guys? Nice band though. Shared a banquet table spread back stage with us like I've never seen anywhere else. Their drummer Jimmy got popped for a large bit of heroin shortly after also.

Speaking of which (not trying to thread jack) if anyone in the denver area has a cheap acoustic they're willing to part w PM me, my Taylor got stolen out of my car a little while back, life sucks without a guitar.

Craigslist will have a decent acoustic very cheap CM if you check it from time to time. Check the Denver and Fort Collins listings. You will be surprised at what you can find for very few bucks. You might even catch the jackass that stole yourTaylor and has it for sale out there. You could go get it back cheap on a "boot to the head" sale deal you offer them.
