little extortionists always putting themselves in the way of things so you cannot get around them....

I've fallen victim to their schemes....

...those boxes are also getting more dead airspace in them since last I recall....

Lol I never buy any, they try to get me by putting little kids out there with a sales pitch but I'm not a breeder so i have no soft spot for chilluns.

Only reason I bought some was cause it was my wife's niece, they tried being sneaky, 1 for $4, 5 for $20, say it quick enough and people think they getting a deal lol.

I gotta move and this shit sucks....

hoping to hear back from a joint tomorrow... temporary spot, but its certainly bigger... about same price as now.
gonna start looking into foreclosures throughout the next year or so and see what we can see.

If the coming trade wars dont collapse the stock market that is...

It's about to start raining on the next day ,for the rest of the week. Sucks when you work outside. But I'm paid either way.

Moving sucks ass, I hate doing it. That's how we got our house was a foreclosure, picked it up super cheap and did all the work ourselves...

We were lucky and got our house when the market crashed,so we got a damn good deal I think. And it was just added on to, so our extra money went to just change shit and to the yard equipment.
Good luck on the hunt @SeaF0ur .

I been a interior trim carpenter for over a decade, framer... not near that long, roofer for a few years, got about 6 in concrete and cinderblock.... I can rough in plumbing and electric easy, hell, a buddy and I took side jobs leveling pier & beam houses... lotta work, but very little material cost.... I'm good with a beat up house so I expect as low a price as the conditions are that I can talk the wife into on day one....

My wife almost cried when we moved in here, but now she don't wanna move and having me do all these things lol.

I know what you mean. They did my add on,but didn't replace the copper plumbing under /in the house. On a well also. So after a two week vacation in the 'Dam I come home to leaks under the house. Needless to say ,I replaced all the copper in/under the house so no more concerns.
