Shit I've always been a Scrooge. I tried to talk the missus into not putting the tree up. She Wouldn't have it. How can we host christmas without a tree. I lose again.
I got all of my shopping done. Picked up a ton of coal lol.
How about everyone else?

Lol,I haven't done Christmas up with the tree and lights for a few years.Maybe next year I'll be feelin it a lil more.

I'm gonna pay it forward to a stranger this year.Meaning I do a lil something for a stranger.
I've done things in the past as far as trying to better someone less fortunate than me.
The day before Thanksgiving I was in my local grocery store.My card read bad on the reader.I didn't live far and I know the family that owns the store.I told them I'd be right back.I got in my car and was about to leave when the owners son came running up to my car and told me I had left my bag.I said no,I need to go get some cash,yada,yada.
He then tells me,"No man,the guy behind you bought your stuff."
It took me a few seconds to process it and then I ask,"Where's the guy at?"
It hit me then that I had no idea what the guy in line behind me even looked like.
Long story short,that good deed that guy did gave me a bit of hope for humanity.
So I'm gonna pay that forward,hopefully they won't even remember what I look like.

It's a good feeling. Ive done similar. I was walking up to Wally worlds doors and found a $10.00 bill in parking lot. As I'm walking up I here the Salvation Army bell, she asks if I would donate. I said sure cause I just found this and it didn't really belong to me.
She seemed surprised that I just gave it away.
I don't know.
Might not be as much as yours but it still felt good, cause I sure could of used it.
