I used to have a high metabolism until I hit about 35 I could eat anthing and not gain weight but the last couple years it's been creeping up on me. I used to run for fun but it's been a few years since I did any marathonsFor me it's the opposite because my job is active. I don't sit around all day.
I know a couple people that medicate strictly with canna caps but that doesn't really help with using butteri am open to suggestions

I put butter on rolls, potatoes, rice, basically just make butter and incorporate it into the meals im already eating.

Made some jailhouse potato bread cinnamon rolls when I was first learning how to use butter. Let's just say I have a couple bros that won't touch eddies anymore. One bro said he didn't know if he was gonna puke shit or pissed himself..lol. he ended up not doing any of those.
