Our other friend is only giving him 10 an hour. Im giving him the same right now with performance based bonus on top of that. If I can get him trained to where I can leave him on his own for a week at a time I told him Id get him up to 25 an hour.I bet he drops that part time gig then. After the baby i was lucky if i got more than 2 !!
