I think he'll be here he's a long time friend of mine and I know hes dependable the only problem is he is helping another grower part time. I hit him with an oz for a bonus last night. Trying to steal him from the other grower.

Our other friend is only giving him 10 an hour. Im giving him the same right now with performance based bonus on top of that. If I can get him trained to where I can leave him on his own for a week at a time I told him Id get him up to 25 an hour.

I hear that and up until about six months ago I was ariund them all the time. This new place has been too much for me on my own. Trying to get back to the family time, I miss it

I give my son in law 15 an hour but they get other perks as well like driving a company truck so he's makin decent coin to babysit my garden when im gone....like i will be in about 2 hours.
Hide yo women six is on the loose in the north country soon lol.

I must be doing something wrong. I pay 20 an hr and 7 an oz to trim with tips and they keep the trim. Still can't get my son up from in front of the dab rig.
He was all sorts of butt heart last time when I ran it all in the bowel trimmer and keep the trim. Fucker wouldn't get up off the couch to help clean and reload or trim.
This new generation! A call them the entitlement generation.

I hear you pops. My brain is too much to handle sometimes. A good nights sleep is uncommon in my life as well. 4 hours is the usual. Sometimes 6 if im lucky. After the baby i was lucky if i got more than 2 !! All this talk makes me want to go back to sleep after the kids go to school lol
