A lot of stuff you post up is a little too much for my tastes, associations with food are totally screwed up just like everything else for me but, that looks God-damn delicious.

Well, back when I was able, one thing I liked to do is either get on a punching bag, or some equivalent, and work that thing out or get a workout some other way, with weights or something and just wear yourself out at it, really dump everything you've got into it and work up a real good sweat. I was never a jock at all but, I did do a fair amount of working out with free-weights and working my body different ways to keep it strong and agile, it's an excellent way to work out aggression when need be.
THEN roll one.

do it right,safety first . me and my big bro got one when i was about 14 so my bro woulda been 16 and we hung it in the basement from a floor truss.then about a week later after much fun my bros karate buddy came over and we were tryin to gety him to show us some cool shit.so he like idk boys it dont look real safe and im like dude we been kickin the shit out of this fuckler for days.so he winds up and gives the fucker a kickass roundhouse and that fucker came off and bout knocked my big bro out.the details are in the mount job lol
