Well, back when I was able, one thing I liked to do is either get on a punching bag, or some equivalent, and work that thing out or get a workout some other way, with weights or something and just wear yourself out at it, really dump everything you've got into it and work up a real good sweat. I was never a jock at all but, I did do a fair amount of working out with free-weights and working my body different ways to keep it strong and agile, it's an excellent way to work out aggression when need be.Hey all u boys be a bunch of normal emotional blokes .
