I've got a buddy who was having Cal problems and he got some lime to help buffer PH,it has stopped the problems but not sure if he needs to continue with the lime and how much to use at each feeding. I think he's in 3gal pots with soil. Any help could be used..

I've got a buddy who was having Cal problems and he got some lime to help buffer PH,it has stopped the problems but not sure if he needs to continue with the lime and how much to use at each feeding. I think he's in 3gal pots with soil. Any help could be used..

I use pellztized before I even pot in the soil. the pellatized is slow release. I don't have any exp with dolomite or any powder form of lime

you should only have to top dress lime a couple to a few times thru the plants whole cycle, if you don't amend it before hand
prebagged dirts use what they call glacier dust..pretty sure just lime

only if you are having issues. once a couple weeks into bloom should carry a ways..lime is generally slow acting mineral
