I do black sunflower seed and suet blocks for the woodpeckers.
Most bird love sunflower seed, but so do the tree rats.

You guys thatcown your house and make payments. How do you deal with termite guy?.
Lastyear I had the inspection when we bought the house. The sellers paid fer a treatment and didn't tell me. Dude shows up does all outside work. Wants in basement, but I tell him I don't have the key. He says let him know when he can come back.
Well it's been a year and time again. And I can't let m in my basement to inspect this time.

Last year I was set back up between inspection and them coming back to treat..freaked me the forkout

They don't do that here. Maybe tell him you do your own treatments or whatever so it's all good?
