Lol I haven't even looked into building restrictions yet. I know if I had 20 acres instead of 10 I wouldn't even need a building permit wtf.
When we bought the land they didn't want to give me a permit for just a barn. They wanted house first then barn. So I started clearing trees and put in the building pad dug the footers and was going to pour them. Get a call from the zoening lady she says she found a way I could get the barn permit. I told her to get out there the next day because I was pouring the footings lol. I cancelled the concert and got the permits and did it right. Fucking bureaucrats.

@stonestacker i got hemmed up with my twsp idiots because my water never had a test(well water) so they said i couldnt build till my water was tested.that made a fuckin mess with my builder who pulled me off his list and i went from a sept build to late march build.i kinda lost it in the twsp offices one day with the inspector and city planner and told em they already had 900 bucks of mine locked up in permits and if i have one more hickup i would stop envolving them in the process and just build it.when the planner started to tell me i cant do that i told him i would be at the next 100 twsp meetings with thousands of pics of shitty buildings all over this county and there houses would def be included lol.they been real cool to me since then

It's working real well for me since I added the tallboy. I was plugging the ro sytem quickly before that. It's a 200 gallon per day system which is enough for now but will probably have to go bigger soon. I need to add another trash can to my res. System. I deplete my res in the morning and come back to it at night and finish the watering.
