Ive never seen it actively snow below -30 all the moisture is frozen out of the air. Closest ive seen is when it gets so cold co2 starts to freeze put of the air and it kinda looks like snow. Has to do with the relationship between temp and how much air the water can hold. Less the lower you go so less likely for snow. At absolute zero the probability of snow is 0

I got that shit from some weather people on some show I was watching, they explained why that was a myth and I believed 'em. Fucked if I know though, I've never seen it too cold to snow in Maine anyway I guess.

There's some stuff that I can get into for sure, there was a lot of stuff that was on Chappelle show that I liked, especially the Mos Def stuff. I like a lot of Metal style Rap that I've heard.
