Friend or Foe Outdoor Grow

My first time growing outdoors, I noticed this insect on my Durban Poison in Ontario Canada. Any ideas identifying it, and if necessary, how to control them? Thanks!

light up a joint toke up a bowl or milk up a bong dog and dont worry that looks like a sheild bug or a squash bug. Is your plant damaged?

You don’t need to kill it or them but you can probably shoo them on their way. You just don’t want them laying eggs on your plants! That is when the real headaches can begin. If your environment will allow it it doesn’t hurt to blast your plants with a hose every once in a while. The plants will love it.
