From aero to soil?

I have clones in my aero and the roots are anywhere from half inch to a inch long but the stems are not all covered with roots just spot's or half the stem's but very white and healthy so my question is when do I transplant to dirt and what's the best way to do it?

I would let it get a good established root system first around 2-3 weeks From first cutting the clone.Iv done this loads of times and works very well
