This unit is superior to the Mr. Slim unit due to one major feature: wired thermostat.
7 day programmable allows you to run it at the correct temps during light cycles and to lower the temps during night cycles for color changes.
I have not been able to find any other mini split that had a separate programmable thermostat. Everything else had a wireless remote and the only programming feature was an on/off.
