Fungus Gnats? :(

one spinosad drench and spray combo cleared them out of my veg room. now i do a neem oil spray in there every 2 weeks and nothing since(about 6 months). the plant also prayed really hard after the spinosad drench like it loved it. anyone experienced that?

Spinosad and drain bleaching were the ONLY way I was able to overcome my fungus gnat/fruit fly issues. They scoffed at Neem, thought the mosquito dunks were tasty, danced around the Gnatrol and pretty much made life miserable. I had done the Spinosad first and saw some positive results, but bleaching all the drains is what pushed them over the edge.
