Fungus Or What Pics Attached Help!!!

Hello , ok here is the deal these plants where in five gallon pots for a minute down by a creek and I was watering them with the water till it went dry and there transplanted them into 45s. I just started noticing this weird brown shit on them . I have ever seen this before . All my other girls are ok that did not get the water from the creek . What is the situation to fix this ? The new growth is doing ok ... Maybe eagle 20 ? Is this a fungus ? WTF thanks

I can't comment on the brown stuff, but you have a pretty bad mite problem that needs to be addressed.

I would treat the affected areas with hydrogen peroxide at the very least. I haven't experienced anything quite like that, so I can't really say much more.

Branch that looks to have gone limp. Cut it off and get it out of there.
That same picture is where Surfr noticed mites (good eye).
The two problems may be related.
I agree with Seamaiden on the hydrogen peroxide. Might be because I learned it from her years ago.

40% isopropal spray for the mites. (also from Seamaiden)
