Was at the show Sunday at Red Rocks, 4 th row DEAD center.
Awesome twilite show. Crowd was really mellow and the music was amazing.
Nice to see the new generation on the bus.
Love to see healthy pretty young girls not all fucked upwho are there for the music..
The music never stops for the band beyond description...Will post more pics after chores...

Sounds like it was a long strange trip for you. I really like that pic, just a few hints of color to accent.

Been there many times. These days I pick the best shows as my time away from farm is limited.
Red Rocks to me is so very special. The sound is as good as it gets anywhere in the world and to be so lucky to get 3rd or 4 th row is absoulty the best concert experience.
Saw Neil young and Further, both on the rocks, this year and could not be more happy.
So many great shows ive seen, they melt into a dream...

Awesome! Super cool pic CM! Telluride is second best outdoor venue behind red rocks.

I have unfortunately never been to either, but I am hoping to get to Telluride very soon. If I can squeeze it into my schedule I am going to do whatever I can to get out there this year. A buddy of mine has been out a few times and has some family out there who do it up big time every year. Hopefully this is the years the stars align and I hit Telluride. I guess I will have to hit you guys up when I do make it out there.

damn, all my kids were on this tour...we were gunna smash out to redrocks but couldnt leave the ladies for that long...bummer.
Last years Summer Furthur Tour was awesome...we made every show.

fuck, or was it 2010 furthur tour that was the good one?? damn...to many shows to remember.

IMO, nothing beats a good JGB show...STU IS THE MAN HANDS DOWN...the dude tries to play note for note how Jerry did...and when ur high as fuck and dancin, not lookin at the stage... you really think its him up there.

Thanks, homie. Most of them are from scouring the web or a local photographer, this one came from a buddy of mine. It really is something else.

No worries, things got crazy once i hit the city, got lost, hotel could not find, got there in just in time in a $40.00 taxi, did not want to park hot rod at the rocks...Cities suck for me...

Some think he tries to play like Jerry, and dont like what further is up to with the so called fake Jerry.
First of all nobody can take Jerrys place. This guy is just playing in the band and any resemblence is in the song. Hes gone like a steam locomotive rolling down the track, we will allways love Jerry. The music must never stop.
He may at times sound a little like and then again not.
Ive been to over 500 shows. Times have changed but for me the music is what its allways been about, not the drugs, getting high as fuck is fun but the music is god.
Ive gone to shows complety sober and get high off the music, flowing like a song thats born to soar the skies...
The music enters my soul and flows thru my sprit and I leave myself behind and get lost in the incredable feeling of pure light and sound all comming from someplace within...
There is nothing like a Dead, Furthur show, so glad to have been on the bus all these years, a long wonderful fufilling trip its been and theres more to come. The Music will never stop.....

This song, I was there that nite, is probaly my favorite of all.
How could anybody not just love this...This is what its all about...
All I ever want to be is safe and warm in your arms...
