I think as long as u have good circulation 1 unit will do it n.p....
U can get a duct kit and center the unit so the return is in the middle of the rm then branch off the exaust to each end of the rm.....just a thought

Was just lookin at the duct kits for mine today mof....this place im at is just temporary. Closing on my new place end of summer and gonna keep the quest out of the rm and run ducts at the permanent spot

yeah man plus i think they are one of the top performers in the liters per kwh used so super high efficient,but damn almost 3 bones is a hard pill to swallow,you can buy alot of 70 pint units for that,i could have one every 5 feet lmao
